  Comment: According to Eschmeyer (personal communication, May 2004) "Tilurus is based on larvae but it is ok as valid (as a larval Notacanthiform). Once the larva is 'placed,' the genus Tilurus probably will be a synonym of something else, such as Nemichthys. So keep it valid for now"
