  Comment: Berger (1929) validly published the combination Stenocactus arrigens in the index (p.346) by using the asterix (* symbol, per p.337) to indicate it was a new name, while referring to p.248, despite having treated the genus Stenocactus as a subgenus of Echinocactus in the text & p.viii (K.
