  Comment: Mantispilla umbripennis Navás, 1914 was preoccupied in Mantispa, where it was replaced by Mantispa navasi Handschin, 1960. Since the replacement occurred before 1961, per ICZN Article 59.3, Mantispilla umbripennis Navás, 1914 is considered permanently invalid, despite the fact that it was not a primary homonym
