  Comment: Mandatory correction for gender concordance; the genus name is masculine so the epithet should be aspergillus (Cutler 1994:232). Note that Cutler incorrectly gives Quatrefages' original name as Loxosiphon aspergillus (the original was Loxosiphon aspergillum), although the original would have to be corrected if, as it seems, Loxosiphon is a masculine name
