    Sluiter (1901) published the name Protankyra challengeri var. sibogae, and on the following page also publishes the epithet sibogae for a different species of Protankyra. As the first use of sibogae renders the second an invalid homonym, Fisher (1907: p. 729) published the name Protankyra sluiteri for the second taxon
