 Comments

Comment: The author of Anocelis caeca (Rubtsov, 1928) was previously cited as Porfirieva, 1973; Porfirieva (1973) established Planaria coeca Rubtsov 1928 as the type species of genus Anocelis Grube 1872, a junior homonym of Anocelis Stimpson 1857. "It is highly improbable that the Asian species described as Anocelis would be in the same genus as the European Anocelis caeca (Duges, 1830) (Kenk, 1974)
