  Comment: Some analyses find that Hexapoda should be included in the Altocrustacea, in which case Altocrustacea would be paraphyletic without it. Given the ranks applied to those terms (subphylum Hexapoda and superclass Altocrustacea), that nesting is not possible in ITIS at present
