 Comments

Comment: Emending authorship for the genus Jamesoniella (coined as a subgenus by Spruce, then elevated to full genus) is variously given as Carrington or as F. Lees. These apparently refer to the same work, The London Catalogue of British Mosses and Hepatics, 2nd edition (1881), by R. Carrington, of which F.A. Lees was editor
Wrongly attributed to "Wigg." in some early works; Conocephalum is attributable to Hill.
