  Comment: The taxon author's name sometimes misspelled as "Ryckholdt," but Ryckholt is correct. Prior to Blake (1996), authorship was often attributed to Carus, 1863, but Ryckholt's (1851) has priority (Dr. Mary Petersen, in litt., September 2008)
