  Comment: Both Latham (1802: xx) and Shaw (1809: 328) separately published 'Lanius cubla', apparently based on Levaillant's 1899 'Le Cubla' (#72, figs. 1 & 2). Shaw's name is a junior primary homonym of Latham's, and therefore is permanently invalid and cannot be used even in new combinations
