  Comment: Klopper, Smith, and van Wyk (2013) have submitted a proposal to conserve the family name Asphodelaceae (TSN 897565) over Xanthorrhoeaceae (TSN 43323), on the grounds that Asphodelaceae would have priority over Xanthorrhoeaceae had that name not been conserved, and the Asphodelaceae 'bracketed family' under APGIII is largest and most well-known of Xanthorrhoeaceae s.l.
