  Comment: Both Villot (1878) and Graff (1882) published the taxon Macrostomum scrobiculaire, but there is uncertainty as to whether they are the same taxon; translated from Wahl (1906; pg. 453): Graff had named the parasite Macrostomum scrobiculariae found by Villot, but it was also doubtful whether we were actually dealing with a representative of this genus
