Instructions for Linking Directly to the ITIS Standard ReportIt is possible to perform a query of ITIS data from another website and link to the results within the context of the ITIS Standard Report. This is accomplished by composing a URL link that passes your search criteria to our search facility. If more than one name record matches your search criteria, an intermediate list is presented with links to individual Standard Reports. We ask that your links clearly identify the source of the information as the Integrated Taxonomic Information System (ITIS).
