  Comment: Photinini LeConte, 1881 was a senior homonym of the family-group name Photininae Giglio-Tos, 1915 (type genus Photina Burmeister, 1838) in Mantodea, but this was resolved by the International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature (Opinion 2397, Case 3402) changing the stem of the junior name
