  Comment: Groves & Grubb (2011:20) note 'a rare all-black mutant, known from the Palembang region.' This 'mutant' form is not treated as subspecies brevetianus, although some prior works, e.g., Grubb in Wilson & Reeder eds. (2005:633), did so 'provisionally'
